PREMIUM: Which NEC Transfers Could Go P4?

The transfer portal is open, and like every season we'll see a big change in the makeup of NEC rosters. I'll go on record here and say that I'm no fan of the portal. I understand that movement is part of the game now and anyone should have the right to change schools, but for someone who grew up with a fundamentally different game- well, change is hard.

Especially when the schools in the league you cover are developing players to join the bigger schools. Nevertheless, it's a testament to how good the talent evaluator and coaches are in the league, so it is something we cover.
